SKMB ‘Want’ Ad – Ministry Teams

SKMB Ministry Teams provide the tactical support for accomplishing the Conference strategic plan of supporting SKMB churches and camps in making disciples. Ministry Teams are comprised of volunteers from member churches who are in good standing with their community of faith. SKMB is seeking volunteers to serve on three of its Ministry Teams. The teams and their key roles are as follows:


• Ministry Support Team – responsible for the legal, property, financial and organizational health affairs of the Conference.


• Developmental Leadership Team – responsible for lay and vocational leadership development and
oversight of the Leaders Collective program. Preferred skills – leadership, organizational, management


• Faith & Life Team – responsible for the theological and spiritual health of the Conference and
leadership credentialing. Required – members must be credentialed and have theological knowledge depth and pastoral, church planting or chaplaincy experience expressions of interest, or for detailed role descriptions of these ministry teams, or questions about time commitments, email .
