Here’s the highlights from the last elders board meeting in June.

1. Ben Kramer shared his plans regarding the discipleship work he has been doing. He is planning three or four round table discussions over the next 8 – 10 months beginning in January to discuss the work he has been doing and allow opportunities for engagement. Then, ministry team meetings will follow to discuss how this can inform our ministries.

2. A congregational meeting is planned for Monday September 27th to discuss the need and opportunity for community care. Also on the agenda for this meeting will be to discuss opportunities provided by the Butterfield Estate.

3. A motion was approved to provide funds to allow children and youth at Parliament Church to attend summer Christian camps.
